Pantyhose or tights: tan, nude, or black hose; gray or dark solid-color tights, or black patterned. For someone 5'9, approx 150 lbs (check chart on back of package). If pantyhose, control top or not is fine, sandalfoot or reinforced toe is fine. The more durable-seeming the better; I have a hard time finding hose that last more than 2 or 3 wearings.

AAA batteries – Energizer brand, not rechargeable. These are for my insulin pump and need to be Energizers (Duracells or generics don't last as long).
